About FO-AM

Established by Julie Kössendrup & Michel Gesmar-Larsen in 2016. FO-AM stands for a combination of experiences in its three respectful categories of Food, Art & Music. FO-AM aspires to create a lifestyle that can be experienced by everyone; by shaping the future, not merely taking part. Our goal is to bring back the value of ordinary experiences through the love for detail, bringing forward lifes pleasures, and always working in innovative ways.

Meet the FO-AM team

Food has always played an integral part in Julies life and was unavoidably taken to the next level. After completing her Masters at the University of Gastronomic Science (Italy) in High Quality Products, the journey began. Working for culinary concepts in New York and Berlin, she decided to create something of her own.

Michel has always had a knack for food and music. As a trained chef from the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute – he aspires to break the classical norms of the industry to improve it for the better. After having worked at Michelin restaurants, experimental and alternative food experiences – the time was ripe for FO-AM.
